LOST - DAMAGED - DELAYED PACKAGES:
If your package has been LOST (tracking never updates as delivered), we refund or replace LOST or DAMAGED Orders.
If your package is Delivered when It has not been: These packages Usually turn up within 3 Days (Sometimes next day). If your package has been marked DELIVERED and has not been You must file a claim with your local post office for package theft.
RETURNS: Please read item descriptions. Returns/Refunds are accepted only if the item is damaged or incorrect item is received. All descriptions include sizing.
